Due to an update in the systems, some users encounter a problem accessing videos in Panopto through a Mac computer and iPads.

The problem is being handled by the Computing Division and it is currently recommended to log in from other computers. What works most often is one of the following solutions:

1. Clear cookies in the browser and unblock third-party cookies. Instructions:

-  Google

-  Edg

-  Safari

2. Browsing using an anonymous window

3. Change browser (for example, instead of Chrome - change to Edge, Firefox)
