- Press Command + Shift + R or Command + Option + R.
If the issue persists, try the following steps based on your browser:
Chrome Users
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Del (or Cmd + Shift + Delete on a Mac).
- Choose "All time" from the drop-down menu next to Time range.
- Ensure the box next to Cached images and files is checked, then click "Clear data."
Firefox Users
